Annual Conference: Accommodations

The technical conference will be held at the Ramada Hotel & Conference Center (Phone: 716-636-7500, and Fax: 716-636-8296), where we currently have a block of rooms on hold. Conferees will be required to make their own room reservations with the hotel. Please reference the “Natural Disasters in Small Communities Conference” when setting up your reservation to get a reduced, pre-negotiated room rate of $69.00 per night. The number of rooms is limited, so participants are encouraged to make their reservations early, and no later than February 28, 2008.

A free shuttle from the airport to the Ramada is available, but must be scheduled when making your room reservations.
